Itinerary in Glance :

Gangtok: Welcoming you at Bagdogra airport and transfer to  Gangtok check-in at a designated hotel, relax, get your luggage sorted and enjoy the evening in buzzing Gangtok after an evening meal at the hotel.

Lachung: We will be visiting the beautiful ‘Lachung’, a mountain village close to the Tibetan border, 150km from Gangtok. The village is home to the 19th-century ‘Buddhist Monastery’. On the way, we will visit ‘Seven Sister Waterfalls’ & Bhima Waterfalls. Break for lunch. Post lunch, we will again start our journey towards Lachung. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Yumthang Valley: Today, we will be visiting one of the most beautiful valleys in Sikkim’ which is also commonly known as the Valley of Flowers. It is located nearly 25 KM away from Lachung village—a beautiful place to reflect and breathe natural air. Later we will be heading for Gangtok and overnight stay.

Gangtok Monasterial Tour or Rafting at Tista River ( Optional)

Let’s discover inner peace and the spiritual aspect of our life, to find out more about the ancient teaching yet so fresh and true, ‘Buddhism’ the way of life. We will be visiting three well-known monasteries in Gangtok.’  ‘Rumtek, Ranka and Enchey’ and get a glimpse of Sikkimese faith and beliefs. Also, we will be popular doing sightseeing in Gangtok.

The second option for adventurous people will be Rafting, we have organized an optional rafting adventure for you. So you can choose one of these activities for this day.

Tsomgo Lake, located at an elevation of 3,753 m (12,313 ft).

Today, we will be visiting ‘Tsomgo Lake’ in the morning, it is also known as Tsongmo Lake or Changu Lake, which is a glacial lake. The lake remains mostly frozen during the winter season. The lake’s surface reflects different colours with the change of seasons and is held in great reverence by the local Sikkimese people. Dinner back in Gangtok and an evening stroll in the city.

Pelling journey via Namchi and Ravangla town – breathtaking landscapes.

We will start our journey to Pelling. On the way, stop by Buddha Park to see the 130 ft. high statue of Buddha. CHARDHAM – This unique Pilgrim Centre has a main temple of 108 feet, the 87-foot-high statue of Lord Shiva on the sitting posture at Solophok Hill. Enjoy the beauty of Ravangla, an overnight stay in Pelling.

All-day Pelling Sightseeing, Kanchenjung Mountain View, Sky Walk.

For that day the major tourist attraction we will be visiting will, ‘Kheceopalri Lake’. This is a sacred lake & is believed to fulfil one’s wishes. ‘Kanchenjunga Waterfalls’ ‘Rabdentse Ruins’ is the 16th former capital of Sikkim & now lies in ruins.  ‘Sky Walk’ is a transparent bridge made of glass. ‘Pemayatse Monastery’ This monastery was built in 1705. You can see the images of ‘Guru Padmasambhava’ and his various manifestations.

Pelling to Kalimpong  Journey to Foothills of Himalayas, Paragliding optional. Pelling is also known for ‘Paragliding’, which you can choose to do at your own cost, but we can offer you transport from the hotel. After that we will be saying goodbye to Sikkim and entering into the foothills of the Himalayas, ‘Kalimpong Town’, where you can see the influence of Tibetan culture, people and practices.

Kalimpong sightseeing and then transfer to Darjeeling.

Morning in Kalimpong and major highlights are Dr Graham’s homes, Lord Buddha Statue Sherpa Viewpoint, and Deolo Hill. Thongsa Gumpa Pine View Nursery After sightseeing we will move towards Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling – Well known for the best view of Kanchenjunga Mountain,  Tea plantation and much more.

Early morning at 04:00 am we will visit Tiger Hill* to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga (28,208 ft. World’s 3rd highest peak). Post-visit, we will head back to our respective hotel for breakfast. Other major attractions for that day will be,

Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, Outer view of Tea Graden, Japanese Temple, Tibetan Refuge Centre. The last night of the tour in Darjeeling will end with a Grand Dinner.

Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport Transfer:

We will drop you at the airport at least 2 hrs before your flight time. But if you are planning to stay longer than check out stay at the airport then that will be chargeable and depending on the availability
